We have reduced operational cost by making SME clients more autonomous.
Unlike Everoad, Sennder was not really tech and product driven and everything was operated mostly manually.
When Everoad joined Sennder in 2020, nothing was made to properly migrate their own clients who were used to be fully autonomous on tracking and managing their loads.
After the merge, the strategy remained the same: to keep a positive ROI, SMEs had to stay as autonomous as possible and not rely on Operators.
We ran several interviews with our most engaged clients to define what the top priorities were in their way of working.
For a while, some clients were almost part of the product team. The engagement was incredible.
Storymapping gave us a clearer vision of priorities.
We then wireframed what will become the Load Booking and Load Management modules.
