I lead design strategy and execution across the full product experience, grounding decisions in both data and qualitative research. On the craft side, I build and maintain Lokki's design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across both the B2C and B2B sides while cultivating high standards for quality and velocity. I also handle DesignOps by setting up the tools, workflows, and processes that make the team more efficient, and I manage and mentor a fellow designer.

As the product design lead of my squad, I drive all design decisions for shipper-facing features. I also conduct user research activities (interviews, user tests, observations) and mentor junior designers on the team.

I care about how design gets built, down to the detail. I maintain a consistent design system, write clear specs, and work closely with engineering to make sure what is built matches the design.
